What a day!I am extremely tired and overcast.I think that is mainly because of one simple reason.Smoking id**ts seem to be anywhere they wanted to be,at the wrong place.Oh,my!Smoking has become a popular trend in Malaysia.If you ask me how serious the problem is,I will strictly reply that it is worse than what you can think of.
Walk over to public buildings such as the hospital,library and government offices,I often come upon youngsters and just anyone smoking away as if it brings them calm and tranquility.I mean,what is so good about smoking which give one to five minute of satisfaction(is the smelly smoke considered as nice scent?) but think about it another time…it brings a thousand of destruction to your live and sadness to your family.
Do you get what I mean?You can say that I am nagging and act like an old grandmother but what I say is for your own good(like what the movie ‘I Not Stupid’).
The total smokers in the entire world has increased indecently over the years.I won’t be surprised if 20 years later,99.8% of the world’s occupants are active smokers.Although many have known the consequences of smoking,the effects and defects but they care less and I think that they are being stupid to think so.
About 90% of smokers nowadays started this bad habit since they are young,that is why adequate action and ways to overcome this habit have to be revised.
I am proud that Malaysia organized a good campaign that is with a good slogan that can attract me to actually figure out.’Tak Nak’,has been quite out of the dim light because amid efforts by the government,I don’t see any differences in the decrease of smokers.Perhaps the campaign is not convincing enough to ‘scare’ the smokers off their feet.

I will be amused if the Health Ministry can take certain steps like the Transport Ministry, advertising in medias and newspaper the consequences of smoking.Forget about what causes people to smoke but pay deep attention to the consequences instead.One advertisements on the road safety by the latter(Transport Ministry)about a father who drive carelessly end up losing his family.The video is convincing enough to me and sadden my heart truly.
